great location and tasty food

Had a few issues with AC not working right, and the elevators are super tight. They even slapped some duct tape on my window! But the breakfast was top-notch, one of the best I've had in Turkey. Location is really great, right by the main square! Just wish the internet would stay connected.

My experience was incredibly frustrating at Taksim Hill Hotel. The reception staff were unhelpful, and our room was dirty upon arrival, with cockroaches in the toilet. In addition, basic necessities like tissue paper were missing, and I had to pay extra for commonly provided items. Overall, the lack of hospitality and cleanliness made my stay unpleasant.

Now, the service? Yikes. A small single blanket for two people left us shivering, and despite asking, no extra was sent. But the good vibes of the location kept the spirits high. you won't want to miss the nearby eats!

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in front of Taksim Square! The staff were super friendly, especially Mr Mustafa and Mr Jem at the reception who welcomed us warmly. Our spacious family room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast on the 9th floor had stunning views along with a delicious spread of options.
